As you all likely know, I just released my latest episode discussing the 10 merits cases I will be covering in-depth as part of my 2023-2024 term Supreme Court Roundup. I am thinking of trying something new and wanted to get feedback from you, dear viewer, on this idea. Would anyone be interested in a live stream of the oral arguments in the merits cases coming before the Court during this term that I will be covering as part of my Supreme Court Roundup?
This would give me the chance to share my thoughts on these cases as they unfold. This would also afford anyone joining me during the live stream the chance to share their comments and questions with me and the Legalese community during the stream. The reason I’m asking because this would take quite a bit of coordination on my part, so if I’m going to do this, I need to know that more than a few people would be interested in joining the live stream.
The first relevant cases would be O’Conner-Ratcliff v Garnier and Lindke v Freed which are scheduled for Tuesday October 31st and Vidal v Elster on Wednesday November 1st.
